In Shape, out of Shape

November 15, 2018

I really like this picture, it tags back to a fun time with friends and the start of some cool relationships and good work done and connections made.

I was talking to Gorgeous about her time as a Scholarship athlete. When she got to college, she was out of shape. She knew she had to run to get into shape. She was weighed in front of the other athletes. Gorgeous being of competitive body, mind and soul then tagged in her mind one more metric that she would be the best at. When the inevitable happened that Gorgeous was underweight and underperforming, the coach spoke to her about her weight loss. She was smart enough to reply that he was the cause. Before she was weighed she had never associated weight loss with performance. One was simply out of shape and work needed to be done or one was in shape and running well. Form followed function and function followed form.

Choose your tags wisely and try let go of the bad ones. Run well and move better. Thanks to all the friends in the gram that I tagged that make it a good tag
