I’ve started following your Slinky Spine series (and doing the Tuesday mobility and Thursday breathing sessions). Today I ran 6 x 2 mile repeats and it was really interesting to feel how my posture was stacked up differently than it used to be, like I could feel my feet landing under my pelvis vs out in front of my center of mass - I wasn’t trying to make that happen- it was just happening.Running felt so much easier when done this way because every step was not a struggle.

Slinky Spine started as I started running again post lockdown. One interesting thing is that I did not have one niggle when I started up again. Normally, this is not the case.
