Innerunner provides 3 live classes per week. These classes have been carefully designed to provide a balanced routine into your daily schedule. Mobility, Breathe-to-Thrive and Meditation are important fundamentals to achieving mind and body connection and synergy. Live classes are followed by an interactive Q&A to help shape and personalize your growth and overall experience with Innerunner.

Our weekly mobility routine is a combination of breath and movement to prevent reoccurring injuries, align your body, relax the spine and calm the mind.

BREATHE-TO-THRIVE
We take 20 000 to 25 000 breaths per day. Master the art of optimizing and strengthening your breath to enhance your posture, performance and life.

FRIDAY
MEDITATE SIMPLE CALM
Activate a deep and lasting sense of calm, focus and creativity during our weekly 30-40 minute session of non-spiritual meditation.

MONTHLY MASTERCLASS | LIVE
Each month we feature an athlete or master of their craft. Our monthly masterclass opens up our circle to listening and appreciating the struggles and successes of our fellow members. We are humbled by the opportunity to listen to each story and partake in an interactive Q&A session with them.
